UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: £3.95 per order. Standard delivery typically takes 48–72 hours.

• Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

• Free Delivery: We offer FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £60.

• Busy Periods: During sales, Christmas, or other peak times, deliveries may take longer than usual.

• Courier: All standard orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Next Day Delivery

• Cost: £7.95 per order.

• Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify.

• Delivery Schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday arrive the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Friday arrive the following Monday.

  • Orders placed Saturday or Sunday arrive the following Tuesday.

  • Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday arrive the following Wednesday.

• Signature Required: All Next Day orders require a signature on delivery.

• Exclusions: Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16–KW17, PA61–PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41–PH44, ZE2–ZE3.

Customs & Import Duties
