Return Policy

MISI Returns Policy

We want you to love your MISI jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in line with the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

  • Jewellery must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Earrings cannot be tried on for hygiene reasons.

  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings that have been worn.

  • Engraved or personalised products.

  • Individual products from sets — sets must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

  • Gift Vouchers, which are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 2–5 working days of receiving your return (please allow extra time during busy periods).

  • Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.

  • Return/exchange postage costs are only refunded if the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge, including delivery costs, provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt.

  • Items returned that arrive damaged or become lost in transit will not be credited.

How to Return

  1. Complete the reverse side of the dispatch note included with your order, stating the items you’re returning and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

  2. Include a contact number or email in case we need to reach you.

  3. If you don’t have the dispatch note, please enclose a covering letter with your name, address, contact details, reason for return, and how you’d like us to proceed.

We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service (or at minimum obtaining a Certificate of Postage), as you are legally responsible for the goods until they reach us.

International Returns

  • Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Re-shipping of exchanged items will incur additional delivery fees.

  • We strongly advise obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
