When registering on the MISI site, you affirm that the information provided is correct, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update any information if it changes. Registration must not be used to impersonate another person or use a false identity. 

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the site after updates indicates your acceptance. 

4. Orders

By placing an order with MISI, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old.

5. Mailing Preferences

Ordering online automatically subscribes you to MISI promotional emails and catalogues. To opt-out of marketing emails, click “unsubscribe” in any email footer. Catalogue opt-outs should be directed to Customer Service. We do not share your information with third parties or participate in unsolicited marketing calls.

6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once you complete an order, you'll receive an acknowledgment email—this is not an acceptance. We review and then accept your order, after which a “Dispatch Confirmation” email is sent when your items are on their way.

7. Right to Cancel

We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, product discontinuation, or payment issues. In such cases, we will contact you promptly with next steps.

8. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure product information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. However, errors or changes may occur. If an issue is identified, we will reach out to you. Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to screen or photography limitations.

9. Pricing & Payment

Prices on the site are subject to change, but such changes won't affect previously placed orders. All prices are taken as correct unless a clear error is evident. Delivery charges are added at checkout. 

10. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48-72 hours of payment confirmation. Same-day dispatch is possible for orders placed before 2 pm on business days. 

11. Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied, return items in unused condition, with original packaging, within 28 days of dispatch for a refund or exchange. Damaged or worn returns may only be accepted following inspection. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Returns received after 28 days may be issued as store credit. International returns are at the customer's cost—proof of postage is recommended. 

12. Promotional Codes & Offers

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to sale items.
Money-Off Codes: Applied only when order meets specified threshold. If returned items reduce the order below the threshold, the discount may be removed.
Percentage Discount Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. Refunds reflect the original price minus discount.
Free Gifts: Must be returned with the order if the total falls below the required threshold, or you may pay the gift’s retail value.
Free Delivery Codes: Valid only for standard domestic delivery, not for expedited or international orders.
Sale Events: Discount applies only to specified items during events like Black Friday; other promotions may not be valid concurrently.
