ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

Beautifully dressed with a yellow rose bud, this organic gift soap or wedding favour comes wrapped in a biodegradable, compostable cornstarch bag, raffia and paper tag. The calming scent of roman chamomile, mandarin & lavender works harmoniously to soothe and relax, making this especially suitable for a bedtime bath bar, and is mild enough for all the family.

INGREDIENTS: sodium olivate (saponified organic extra virgin olive oil), sodium cocoate (saponified organic coconut butter), aqua (welsh springwater), glycerin, butyrospermum parkii (organic shea nut butter), sodium beeswax (saponified organic beeswax), matricaria recutita (organic chamomile flowers), citrus grandis (organic grapefruit seed extract), chamaemelum nobile (organic roman chamomile) essential oil, citrus reticulata (organic mandarin) essential oil, lavandula x intermedia (organic lavandin) essential oil, rosa damascena (yellow rose bud). (naturally occuring constituents of essential oils: geraniol, citronellol, d-limonen, linalool, coumarin).

EU COSMETIC REGULATIONS: Our Seren Ariana products have passed independent safety testing as required by EU Cosmetic Regulations.

PAYMENT

Payment for goods is due at the time of the order, and can be made via Paypal. If payment is declined by Paypal, Seren Ariana shall not be responsible for any cost or inconvenience incurred as a result of delayed despatch.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of goods. UK customers wishing to cancel an order should return the goods to Seren Ariana, Golwg Y Cwm, 33c Heol Grenig, Glanaman, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire SA18 1HQ, UK in unopened condition in the original packaging. We recommend that goods are returned via a delivery tracking system, such as Recorded Delivery. Upon receipt of goods in their unopened and original condition, a refund will be made within 28 days to the account from which payment was received.

REFUND

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Seren Ariana will refund or replace any item which has been purchased from us within the past 30 days. Items to be returned must be in their original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. 

DAMAGED GOODS

Seren Ariana must be notified of any incorrect orders or damaged goods within 3 working days of your receipt of order. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the postage and delivery costs of returning goods to Seren Ariana. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, a replacement item or a refund payment will be made within 28 days to the account from which payment was received. 

PRODUCT AND INGREDIENT INFORMATION

Customers with sensitive skin are advised to conduct a sensitivity test when using a product for the first time, by using a small amount on the skin and leaving for 24 hours, to ensure that there is no sensitivity or allergic reaction to any of the ingredients used, prior to further use.
