I accept returns on all merchandise except custom orders or any personalized items, or stated in the product description. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and we do not refund any shipping charges you incurred. Product must be in new condition ( not used or laundered ) and include original ribbons and hang tags

Product Care:
Bags are washable. We recommend that you hand wash your bag in cold water and hung to dry. Use only non chlorine bleach when necessary. Dry flat and use a cool iron. Drycleaning is always an option. |
