We are confident in the quality of our products and would not sell anything that we would not be prepared to use or buy ourselves. All goods/items leave us in a pristine condition & every item is carefully checked before posting and packaged to minimise the risk of any damage.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We adhere to the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations. If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with your concerns before returning any items. We will always do our utmost to resolve any problems you may have with your purchase. Returns for any reason other than damage or defects must be returned to us in an unused condition and in the original packaging before seven working day of receipt. In this case upon receipt of a return we will refund the cost of the item/s purchased. We regret we do not refund delivery/postal charges. You are also responsible for the postal charges of any returns.
