Sellers Description
Beautiful baby sleeping bag, the granddaughter adored hers and it was difficult to persuade her out of it! Will fit from birth to at least 4 months depending on the size of your baby. Kept her lovely and warm and made it easy to transfer her straight from pram to moses basket/cot whenever necessary without risking waking her by unwrapping layers of blankets.
The bag has buttons on the shoulders for putting it on, and for all those middle of the night nappy change the bottom unbuttons so that it can be simply rolled up and down again.
None in stock at present but we can make one to order (lead time 2 weeks) and there will be some stock coming soon! If you would like to order please contact us, we can put a different design on the chest, plain colours, stripes, variegated wool, funky buttons.....!
Sellers Policies
1. These terms and conditions apply to all goods and services sold and provided by 'Grannies on the Bus' which is a trading name of the partnership of Frances Knight and Hannah Livsey, whose address is 13 Yewtree Drive Bayston Hill Shrewsbury SY3 0PP and whose email address is info@granniesonthebus.co.uk
2. The law of England and Wales is applicable to all goods and services sold by Grannies on the Bus.
3. All prices quoted are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of delivery costs, which are specified separately.
4. When buying goods and services on the internet you are entering a legally binding contract.
5. Special Orders
To request an item to be made to your special order, please contact us via the form on this website or by email to info@granniesonthebus.co.uk. This initial contact does not form a binding contract. The contract for the supply of goods and services will be made when Grannies on the Bus accept and acknowledge the order. This acceptance and acknowledgement will be made by email. The email will also provide confirmation of the lead time for the product to be made and delivered to you. If the lead time differs significantly from the lead time quoted on our website we will contact you for your agreement first before making the contract.
6. We check all special order requests received very carefully and will contact you with any queries before we start work on the items.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges Policy
This policy covers returns and cancellations, both where you have changed your minds and also where goods are faulty/unsatisfactory.
7.1 Where goods were not made to order and you have changed your mind you may cancel the contract and return the goods within seven days of receipt of the goods by you. It would be helpful, although not compulsory, if you could contact us as soon as possible to let us know to expect the goods back. All goods returned should be in their original undamaged condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the original purchase price of the goods. We will not refund your original postage charges nor the cost of returning the goods to us. Goods are returned at your own risk therefore we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting and if your order value is significant that you use a recorded or insured postal service.
7.2 Where you have asked Grannies on the Bus to make goods to your order, the contract can be cancelled within 7 days of our order acceptance email. We are sorry but special order goods can only be returned if they are faulty/unsatisfactory/unsuitable for purpose.
7.3 We hope very much that you will always be satisfied with our products. However, if goods are faulty/unsatisfactory/unsuitable for purpose then you may return them to us for a full refund. If the goods are found to be faulty/unsatisfactory/unsuitable we will refund your original purchase price, the original postage, and the cost of returning them to us. We will also provide a replacement product should you wish.
7.4 Finally, where goods have not been made to your special order you are welcome to return them within 7 days of receipt by you and exchange them for different goods to the same value. All postage charges for the return and dispatch of the exchanged item will be borne by you.
8. Privacy and Data Protection Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy and the safety of your personal data very seriously and will take all measures to protect it.
