Items will be sent to you by registered post, wrapped in tissue paper and then suitably packaged

I understand that it can be very hard when shopping online, sometimes what you order doesnt always arrive as you'd expected it would!

I will accept returns but they have to be within 7 days of receiving the item and you must contact me before you return the item as i will want to help as much as i can. 

Return postage will be payable by you.

A full refund will be given for faulty items and items returned within 7 days.

(postage will not be refunded UNLESS the item is faulty)
