Postage and Delivery

All jewellery items are wrapped securely in tissue paper, put in an organza bag and posted in a jiffy (padded) envelope.  Tiaras and head pieces are placed in special boxes.  If you wish for your purchase to be sent to another address, say for a present, then please indicate this at checkout when it asks for any message to be sent to me along with the payment.
I use Royal Mail First Class (Signed For) Postal Delivery for all goods being sent out.  I charge £2.50 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order.  All orders are posted within two working days of receiving cleared payment.

Returns

Hopefully, you will be happy with your purchase and it will not need to be returned!  I am very fastidious about my jewellery pieces and only send them out once I have checked and re-checked all the links, chains, beads and charms etc.  But, if any item is deemed to be faulty by the buyer they will be able to return the piece indicating where the fault is.  I will endeavour to fix the problem but if it cannot be resolved then I will give a full refund.  All returns must, in the first instance, be reported to me by email or telephone.
