All shipping will be made by first class royal mail in the uk.
Your item will arrive to you in a display box within a padded envolope.
The same applies to overseas transactions.
All Payments to be made via paypal, i do not accept card, cash or check payments so please do not ask!
All payments to be ,ade within three days, or the item will be relisted and you will be charged for the listing fee.
Cancellations must be made within the three day payment deadline.
Again if cancellation is not made within this time, you will be charged the relisting fee.
I know the relisting fee is not much, but it adds up if i have to constantly relist due to non payment.
I will issue a refund or an exchange to the same valu if-
A) I miss described the bought item completely. (I will not do refunds or exchanges if the item is described slightly inaccurately.)
B) The item is somehow faulty on receipt of the item.
I am sorry but i will not give an exchange or a refund on any item that just isn't wanted.
For any item that has arrived damaged, please let me know if the outter packaging is damaged so i can contact royal mail for a full refund of the item. I have proof of posting for all items.
I am sorry but i will not refund or exchange anything until i receive the orignal item back, postage for returned items i am afraid will not be refunded.
As to the above, i will contact you when i receive the rteturned item, in regards to an exchange, to find out which item you would like it exchanged for, any difference in price will be refunded.
If the price of the exchanged item is more, the value difference must be paid before posting.
