I prefer to receive payment through paypal, I'm sure it's easier for you too but if you'd prefer to send me a cheque, thats fine too.

I only ship my items upon receipt of cleared payment. All items will be securely wrapped and in the case of the cards will be individually wrapped in a cello wrapper too, unless they are sold as multiples, in a box etc. You get the idea. I also get a postage, shipping reciept and depending upon the size/value of the order may also send signed for.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, very occasionally items do go missing in the post. If your item has not arrived after 25 days, please contact me for a refund or replacement.
