PAYMENT

I accept Paypal and Personal Cheque  (Payable to JFY Collection).  If you wish to pay by Cheque, Item will be despatched once funds cleared.

DELIVERY

All Items will be despatched within 3 days of receipt of cleared payment.

I charge a standard UK delivery rate of £2.50.  For multi-purchases, there is a combined delivery rate of £3.75.  Items up to a value of £35 will be sent 1st class Recorded Delivery.   Estimated delivery 1 - 2 working days and requires a signature on delivery.  Items over £35 will be sent 1st Class Special Delivery for an extra £3 (including combined delivery rate) and again requires signature on delivery.

The standard overseas delivery rate is £6.00.  For multi-purchases there is a combined delivery rate of £9.00.   All items will be sent by International Signed for Airmail.  Estimated delivery is within 3 working days to Western Europe, 4 working days to Eastern Europe and 5 working days to the rest of the world.

My Jewellery and Me

I aim to provide affordable jewellery without compromising on quality, my unique selection of necklaces, bracelets, watches and earrings are made from materials such as freshwater pearls, swarovski crystals, natural gemstones and beads, all beautifully combined into a range of fashionable and timeless classic styles that you will love.

I have been making jewellery as a hobby since February and started JFY Collection in October.  I recently was a runner up in a Vintage Style Jewellery Competition and the entry is now published and online.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned to me within 30 days after receipt of the goods requesting a full refund or an alternative item of the same value. The items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail.  Once I have received your goods in their original condition I will process your refund or send out an alternative item.

Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to me within 7 days in their original packaging. Please contact me by e-mail advising of the problem. In the event of a suitable alternative not being available a full refund will be offered. Items damaged through mistreatment will not be refunded or replaced

I do not offer a return policy on earrings, unless delivered faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
