Shipping and Handling
Every product has a its own postage & packaging price that is listed on the right hand side. This allows smaller items to be charged at a lower rate for postage. Items will be posted out by 1st class post, but please allow up to 5 days for your parcel to arrive safely to your door.

Canceling an order
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. This is called the 'cooling off' period.
The 'cooling off' is a period during which an order can be cancelled without any reason and a full refund made.
To cancel your order please contact me.
You will need to pay postage costs and will be responsible for it until it reaches us. Custom orders are not returnable as they have been created just for you and due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings.
You will only be refunded the price of the product.

Returns
Sprinkles Sparkles will only except returns after the 7 days 'cool off' period and before 28 days of purchase, if the product is faulty.
