I will only accept returns on items that are faulty and will offer refunds minus the cost of postage. Returns must be made within 14 days and the item must be in unused, original condition.

Items custom made or personalised will not be accepted as returns unless under very exceptional circumstances and at my discretion. The same terms for time of return apply as those mentioned above.
