The clock is made from a high quality wood and contains a Quartz mechanism. The clock requires one AA battery

Payment

I prefer paypal. This is the easiest and safest method for you and me.

I know that not everyone is signed up for paypal so I will also take cheques and postal orders (although items will not be sent out to payment has cleared. Also during checkout you may use your credit card before entering paypal.


Payment must be made within 5 days. If this is a problem please send me a message to let me know. If payment is not made within 7 days (or other wise discussed) the sale will be cancelled.

Shipping

With Hugs and Kisses will post your order with in 1- 5 days of receiving payment. Items are all handmade which is why I ask for 5 days, please contact me if they are needed more quickly and I'll see what I can do.

All Items are shipped first class.

Refunds and Exchanges

Here at With Hugs and Kisses, all our gift items are meticulously made with attention to detail. We understand the joy and happiness your little one brings.

If you are not 100% happy with any of our products please contact us within 14 days and we can offer an exchange or a refund (excluding postage), as long as items are returned in the original state.
