It's called re-collect; selling fashion accessories, furniture and art inspired by and made of recycled materials.
When did it all begin?
I began experimenting with found objects in Art School in the early 90's as I had no money and my mum always had interesting stuff lying about the house.
Where does your inspiration come from?
It comes from the materials I use and from the love of transformation and making things useful again.
What is your greatest handmade achievement?
Most people would say the bags, but I do love my life-size crocodiles, and I really enjoyed making mr floppy - a wall hanging made of 225 old 80's floppy discs.
Besides making things what do you like to do?
I love swimming, cycling, dancing and listening to music, and anything else that can be enjoyed by my 2-year-old as I'm a full-time mum too!
